Hi! I'm Josh Palmer-Licht, owner of Top Notch Remodeling, LLC.  I live in Indian Trail, NC with my wife and 2 daughters.  I have lived in the Charlotte area since childhood.  My parents, two brothers, and I moved here just two days before Hurricane Hugo in September 1989.  I attended Independence High School and UNC Charlotte.  My grandfather and father were both general contractors, so I have been around the construction industry for as long as I can remember.  Honesty, integrity, and fairness are the basis for how I live my life and how I conduct my business.  I believe treating everyone with kindness and respect is paramount.  I really enjoy meeting people from all walks of life, taking on complex challenges, and helping people.  I look forward to meeting you and I am excited to see how we can work together!
